HelloI think I've mentioned this before but I'll say it again. I love The Wanted.
Who are they? A boy band based in Britain.
Are they like One Direction? They are frequently compared to 1D but no, they aren't similar.
How come I've never heard of them before? They aren't that popular as compared to 1D.
What are the members names?
Tom: The cheeky one
Nathan: Youngest. Cute. Probably most liked by fans.
Jay: curly headed cutie pie. he always loses his phone.
Siva: Cheekbone game: strong
Max: bald one. makes a lot of dad jokes.
What is the fanbase called? Official name: TWFanmily. Though some call themselves the wantits/ prisoners/ etc. Names besides the official one are from the weekly (now discontinued) flips/ vlogs they post on YouTube every Wednesday (aka WantedWednesday)
Where are they now? They're currently on a break/hiatus and exploring themselves in various careers. Tom's involved in DJ stuff, Nath's on a holiday, Max is modelling... I think. Siva is definitely modelling. Jay... I don't know.
Who's your favourite? I love them equally but I do have strong feelings for Nathan.
When did you first hear them? I think it was on 2010/2011. Astro Hitz was playing Heart Vacancy and I loved that song. I didn't use YouTube that much so I did not look up for other songs from them. and then I found them on 2012 and I've been in love ever since
Have you met them? No despite the fact that they've come to Malaysia a number of times already.
Do any of them follow you on Twitter? Tom followed me on 2012
Do you miss them? Hell Yea. I mean like they've been a part of my life for about three years. I know I've been ignoring the fanbase this year but I truly miss them. I miss the follow sprees and the funny tweets. I miss the flips of them being weird as hell and its just them being themselves. I miss the way they treat their fans like a part of the family. I love the way they interact with the fanbase. It is amazing how people can bond by music. I miss their quirkiness, hyperness. I miss their voices. I miss the boys, I really do.
All the memories I've had about the wanted are forever in my mind. Somehow the lyrics of their songs make sense right now after the hiatus.

Maybe its true. Some memories do stay gold forever.
